With 15+ years of experience developing holistic solutions to her client’s needs Nicole utilizes AppleOne’s Hiring Made Human philosophy which centers around one true belief: we believe in people. With roots in the staffing industry dating back to 2004, she has connected the best people, their talents, skills, career goals, and aspirations with the best companies. As a Regional Leader within AppleOne she has the privilege of leading 3 divisions, 5 teams, and over 30 people.  She is recognized within AppleOne for her success with Conflict Resolution, Engagement, Building Winning Teams, and developing a Culture the supports their core values. Her efforts have been validated through her Orlando team, that for the past ten years, has consistently been ranked between the #1, 2^nd, and 3^rd branch in the nation.Through a combination of client-specific sourcing solutions and established best practices, she has help hundreds of companies in our community in identifying and attracting any generation of worker, from millennials to baby boomers. Each of her team’s levels supports one another to achieve their company’s ultimate mission: “To find, to understand, and to fulfill the needs of another.”

Nicole is currently an Advisor for the CEO Leadership Forum, and she serves the Orlando Economic Partnership in their Recruitment Working Group to help support the future of hiring for our city. She is a member of CEO Nexus, and supports the continued efforts of GROWFL in our community.  She has been invited to train and present to the leadership development program for the Florida Department of Children and Families.  She has lead multiple workshops on Engagement, Team Development, and Navigating the Hiring Process for Valencia College, ORRA, CEO Leadership Events, and was most recently invited, with her team, to provide a full day workshop for the City of Orlando. She is passionate about helping her clients build their story.  She knows at the end of the day that it is all about People, and she loves to help her clients excel in engaging and retaining their very best.

Nicole has been married to her husband Jeremy for 17 years and she was gifted the chance to become a mom through adoption.  Her son Luke is 7, and her daughter Olivia is 6.  When she is not in the office you will find her at Disney, fishing with her children, or leading worship at her church.  If you cannot find her at any of these events then she will for sure be on a Disney Cruise!
